For the new 2021 Pure Drive, Babolat updates this ever popular model with the new HTR System- reengineering the graphite layup for higher torsional rigidity, resulting in more efficient energy transfer to the ball. Babolat also increased spacing in the shaft for SWX Pure Feel- technology that reduces vibration with the use of viscoelastic rubber used in the space industry. As with previous versions of the Pure Drive, you get the usual massive power and spin, resulting in heavy penetrating shots that explode off the court. The PD 107 is a more forgiving and powerful Pure Drive, a good option for beginners looking for an oversize frame with decent weight.
